ForumRank processes account details, email addresses, billing status, support messages, product scan inputs, domains, keywords, competitors, generated reports, and usage data needed to provide the service.

We use this data to create and store scans, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide support, protect the service, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. The main legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent where required.

ForumRank may send relevant scan inputs and generated context to processors such as hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, error monitoring, AI, and search providers. Current processors may include Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI, Resend, Sentry, and similar infrastructure providers used to operate ForumRank.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where these GDPR rights apply. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, if you believe your personal data has been handled incorrectly.

ForumRank is a B2B-first SaaS for founders, teams, and agencies using forum intelligence for research, content planning, outreach planning, and client reporting.

You are responsible for the accuracy of scan inputs, how you use generated outputs, and any posts, replies, outreach, or marketing actions you take. ForumRank does not auto-post to third-party communities and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or acceptance by any platform.

You must not use ForumRank to spam, harass, scrape unlawfully, infringe rights, bypass platform rules, or submit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and adequate safeguards.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Access, plan limits, and features may change as the product develops.

ForumRank uses essential cookies and similar storage for login sessions, account security, checkout, and basic service operation. These are required for the product to work.

Stripe may set cookies during checkout and billing portal use. ForumRank only loads non-essential analytics and performance tracking after you allow analytics in the cookie notice. Your choice is saved in your browser so the notice does not appear on every visit.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, or workspace features from working.

ForumRank does not offer voluntary refunds after a subscription is purchased and digital service access begins, except where required by law.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

By subscribing, you request immediate access to ForumRank and acknowledge that digital service delivery may begin immediately. For EU consumers, mandatory withdrawal rights may apply unless validly waived or lost under applicable consumer law.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. If you believe a legal refund right applies, contact support with the account email, invoice date, and reason.
