Evidence before confidence.

A scan collects buyer-intent search evidence, discussion evidence, page evidence, competitor visibility, and supported AI answer observations when the configured providers return them.

• Observed: a provider returned a result, citation, ranking, page excerpt, or buyer-language excerpt at a recorded time.
• Inferred: a diagnosis or priority derived from one or more observed signals.
• Proposed: a human-reviewable website change generated from the captured evidence.

Each website fix keeps the target URL, target section, current captured state, proposed replacement, evidence receipt, page snapshot hash, source scan, and measurement plan together. The original captured excerpt is retained for a limited period and raw page content is not retained by the fix contract.

• AI answer, cited page, buyer thread, search result, and landing audit evidence are labeled separately.
• A stale snapshot is shown before a reviewable publishing draft can be created.
• The generated proposal is preserved separately from an accepted edit.

After a customer marks a fix published, ForumRank records a baseline and follow-up window. Search Console observations can compare clicks, impressions, and average position for the target page and query. These observations are directional evidence, not proof of causation.

• A positive observation means the configured comparison moved in the expected direction.
• An inconclusive observation is kept as inconclusive instead of being presented as success.
• Provider coverage, prompt, model, locale, timestamp, and source are part of the evidence receipt when available.

Search rankings, AI answers, traffic, and revenue change for many reasons outside ForumRank's control. ForumRank does not promise a ranking, traffic increase, or revenue outcome. If a result is stale, unsupported, or wrong, contact support with the scan and fix identifier so it can be reviewed.
